Terms & Conditions

01 The hire of pitches is restricted to families only. All bookings must be made via our website.

02 We do not accept any liability for any person or property. Abererch Sands Holiday Centre and its facilities are used entirely at guests own risk.

03 In the event of an emergency, please call the emergency services and contact Abererch Sands as soon as it is safe to do so. Please ensure you view the site map on our website and familiarise yourself with the fire extinguisher points in your area.

04 BOOKINGS

Touring & Camping pitches are offered for reservation subject to being reserved in the meantime and reservation must not be assumed until an official email receipt is received. A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per week, per unit is required with each booking.

Bookings for the Spring break & August Bank Holiday weekends will be subject to a minimum of three nights.

It is not possible to reserve any particular pitch, pitches together also cannot be guaranteed.

Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival & must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, otherwise an extra 24 hours stay may be charged. If the reservation is not taken by 6pm on arrival day, the booking will be re-let, unless prior notification of late arrival is given.

05 All vehicles must keep their speed below 10mph on site. Vehicles must be insured against third party risks & the driver must hold a current driving licence. Children must not be allowed to sit on the drivers lap whilst the vehicle is moving.

06 Well behaved dogs are accepted on condition that:

• They are kept on a lead at all times that they are on site.
• Dog owners are responsible for removing fouling
• The Management reserves the right to refuse permission to certain types & sizes of dogs
• Dogs are not allowed in the toilet/shower facilities
• We reserve the right to ask for a dog to be removed from site, if we consider the behaviour to be detrimental to other visitors on site.

07 Open fires and ground level barbecues are NOT permitted on the site, beach or dunes. Raised off the ground barbecues are permitted.

08 Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

09 We regret that refunds are not available, in the event of cancellation, inclement weather or if you decide to leave. A credit note can be issued by contacting 01758 612 327. You must leave site by 12 noon for a credit note to be issued.

Prior to arrival, if you wish to cancel your booking, please contact 01758 612 327 or email info@abererch-sands.co.uk your deposit will remain on your booking until you request alternative dates.

All bookings are accepted on the understanding that you agree to these terms & conditions. The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking, if any of the conditions are not complied with.

We also reserve the right to remove any person we consider unsuitable or whose behaviour is detrimental to other visitors on site.
